What we collect

• Email, if you request a session code.
• Hashed one-time codes and session tokens (not the raw code after hash).
• Job metadata on the Chamber agent (cap name, timing, success) — not your BYOK keys.
• Payment email/customer id and credit balance if you check out with Stripe. We store Stripe session ids so a refresh cannot mint credits twice.
• Standard request logs (IP, path) on Cloudflare.

What we do not collect

• API keys stored in our database. BYOK keys live in your browser. They are sent only as a one-shot header on Generate. No BYOK means we debit credits instead — we still do not keep a vendor key of yours.
• Card PAN/CVC (Stripe handles that).
• A hidden advertising profile. Chamber is not an ad network.

Why

Operate the product, resume your session, stop abuse, complete a payment you started, and meet the law.

Sharing

Cloudflare (hosting, Workers AI). Stripe (if you pay). Your chosen model vendor (if you BYOK). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

OTP records expire in minutes. Sessions expire. You can log out. Browser libraries are on your device until you clear site data.

Rights

Depending on where you live you may have access, delete, and opt-out rights. Contact via the Chamber account panel. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those words are used in the CPRA.
