These Terms govern your use of Epic SOTA Chamber (the “Chamber”), a capability atelier operated by Epic Tech AI. Chamber is software. It is not a bank, broker, law firm, or licensed professional service. By using it you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The product

Chamber lets you generate stills, motion, voice, music, and packs; stitch media; and run a Cloudflare Workers AI agent. Default compute uses Workers AI. Optional third-party models run only with keys you provide (BYOK). We do not hard-code your API keys into the product.

2. Accounts

You may resume a session with an email plus a one-time code. You are responsible for the inbox you use. Codes expire. We may refuse or rate-limit sign-in to stop abuse.

3. BYOK or pay

Media generate is BYOK or pay-as-you-go. If you paste a vendor key (xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or others), that job is billed to your vendor. Chamber does not store those keys. If you do not paste a key, you must be signed in and spend Chamber credits on hosted Workers AI compute.

Credit prices (subject to change on the health endpoint): Still 1 · Voice 1 · Music 1 · Motion 3 · Stitch 2 · Pack 5. A $0.99 Stripe micro-payment adds 10 credits to your private SOTA db. Glyph/folio/pulse that never leave the tab may remain free.

4. Payments

Credits are bought through Stripe Checkout. We never store full card numbers. Refunds follow Stripe and applicable law. Credits are not cash, not crypto, not a wallet balance you can withdraw. Unused credits may expire if we shut the product down; we will not invent a token.

5. Output

Generated media can be wrong, similar to other works, or unusable. You are responsible for how you use output. We do not warrant uniqueness, fitness, or uninterrupted uptime. Cloudflare and model vendors have their own quotas.

6. Your content

You keep rights in prompts and media you create, to the extent the law allows. You grant Epic Tech AI a limited license to operate the Chamber (store session metadata, process jobs, prevent abuse). Library items live in your browser unless you export them.

7. Disclaimers

THE CHAMBER IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” EPIC TECH AI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR CHAMBER IN THE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Law

Governing law: State of California, USA, excluding conflict rules. Informal resolution first. These Terms do not require you to waive non-waivable consumer rights.
